DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! All orders placed that are either over $75 or under one pound are shipped free of charge within the 50 United States.
 

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Yes! Orders can be picked up by appointment at our warehouse.  Please email us or call to make an appointment so we can make sure your order is ready.  Our warehouse address is 3 South End Plaza New Milford, CT

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Generally, we ship all orders no later than the next 2 business days. We understand how just one part can hold up an entire project, and we are mindful of that.

DO YOU SELL INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally through our Ebay store using Ebay's Global Shipping program. You can visit our Ebay store here We do not ship internationally from our RustyDustyParts.com website at this time. 

WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK ON AN ITEM?

We are committed to having adequate inventory on every item we offer. Occasionally, we may not have stock on an item. If that is the case, you will be notified of the shortage and we will refund your money on that item. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost if the item does not fit their motorcycle / application, changed their mind, or ordered by mistake.  Buyers are responsible for determining part fitment.

We will cover return shipping if the item didn't match the description in the listing on our website or arrived faulty or damaged in some way. 

Returns Process

If your return is accepted and you are responsible for the shipping cost, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

If your return is accepted and we are covering the shipping cost, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rusty.dusty.parts@gmail.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
