Original Harley-Davidson metal oil filter insert housing for early external canister-style oil filter systems. This style was used on various Shovelhead and Ironhead models before the spin-on filter era. Includes internal spring and support tube as pictured.
This is an original OEM piece pulled from an older Harley and will show age, surface rust, and patina as expected. Great for a period-correct restoration or replacing a missing/damaged insert.

Fitment
We do our best to help answer any fitment questions. However, it is ultimately the buyers responsibility to ensure correct fitment & application for their year, make and model motorcycle. If, after you receive a part and realize it does not fit, you can return it as long as it is in the same condition as you received it. If an item has been used, altered or removed from its original packaging we may charge a restocking fee.
Orders in our queue get packed up every morning and go out within 3 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday Excluding holidays.
We have an experienced shipping department dedicated to secure packaging to make sure your item(s) get to you safely. We generally ship USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
We honor a 30 Day return Policy. Prior to returning a product, please contact us via eBay messaging to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns must be authorized within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in the same condition as you received it. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item has been used, installed, altered or removed from its original packaging we will charge a restocking fee.
If you need to exchange an item, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, if you are returning an item for any reason that we are not at fault, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
