Rusty Dusty Parts is built on passion and childhood memories.  It all goes back to one particular summer when I was 13. My brother and I got curious and pulled out our dad's old Honda CB 100 he stored away in the back of the garage. We ended up restoring it that same summer which sparked a life-long obsession with 2 wheels. As I got older, I harnessed my passion for motorcycles selling parts out of my basement slowly growing RDP to what it is today.

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 9 am to 5:00 pm (EST). Please allow us up to 24 business hours to respond to your email / call (we are not open weekends or holidays).

Fitment

We do our best to help answer any fitment questions.  However, it is ultimately the buyers responsibility to ensure correct fitment & application for their year, make and model motorcycle.  If, after you receive a part and realize it does not fit, you can return it as long as it is in the same condition as you received it.  If an item has been used, altered or removed from its original packaging we may charge a restocking fee.

Orders in our queue get packed up every morning and go out within 3 business days.  Business days are Monday - Friday Excluding holidays.  

We have an experienced shipping department dedicated to secure packaging to make sure your item(s) get to you safely.  We generally ship USPS, FedEx, and UPS.   

We honor a 30 Day return Policy.  Prior to returning a product, please contact us via eBay messaging to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns must be authorized within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in the same condition as you received it.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  If an item has been used, installed, altered or removed from its original packaging we will charge a restocking fee.

If you need to exchange an item, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.  In addition, if you are returning an item for any reason that we are not at fault, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like to exchange an item simply contact us through eBay messages.

We do our best to cancel orders upon request. If your order has already shipped then we unfortunately cannot cancel it.  When it arrives, please start a return through eBay we will default to using our standard return procedure.
